Q: Where do you work?
A: Lofty Solution is based in Durham and as such our client base is generally the North East of England, but we have undertaken work throughtout the UK. If you are further afield, contact us - if we aren't able to travel, we can usually recommend a company to help
A: Quotations and surveys are at no cost to you
A: A rough guide can be given in some circumstances over the phone. However, it would only be a guide as properties and clients preferences vary too much. Online quotes aren't possible as every client has differing needs. Lofty Solution can convert your home using a number of different options. We will advise you at your free survey which options are available and the most appropriate for your property and your requirements
A: This depends on the type of work. For plastering and loft storage solutions, usually within 7 days. For other types of work, works can usually be started within 3 weeks
A: We can do if it is preferred, but like everyone, family time is important too
A: Under regulations that came into effect from 1 October 2008, adding a conservatory, adding an extension or converting your loft are considered to be permitted development, not needing an application for planning permission. Limitations and conditions exist, of which we can discuss with you
Q: I have plans, now what? A: Contact us and we'll give you a competitve quote for any building or storage works you require, from kitchens to loft conversions, orangeries to fitting loft ladders

Q: Do you have a price list for loft storage works? A: Yes, unfortunately it currently isn't available online. However, our quotations are free, no obligation. We can post a copy of our price list out on request, along with offers available at that time
